I am passionate about helping people experience ease and freedom in their body. Maintaining one’s agility both in body and mnd allows you to move with improved posture, less pain, slow the aging process, and live more fully and purposefully. I especially appreciate working with people who seek to transform their experience of discomfort or pain into an opportunity for enhanced overall well-being.
My current practice draws upon over 20 years of experience combined with extensive coursework in anatomy and kinesiology.
I am available privately online and in special circumstances, in person.
